Hi there! I'm Noah, and I'm a certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise science and sports psychology. While earning my degree I played division one soccer and worked in the school's weight rooms alongside the strength coaches and athletes.Seeing how strong and conditioned athletes can be, I've developed a passion for creating holistic fitness machines. Some may call them "hybrid athletes", but I see them as total humans who can take on any challenge that comes their way.
